Write to the chairman asking details of employee/mode through which FD was created. It’s very easily available in the system. And the email to chairman will also serve as a formal complaint.

Coming to why would SBI employee create FD without your permission. Nowadays frauds committed by bank officials are on the rise. They usually perform non-harmful transactions like creating an FD, marking a small lien, etc. to check if the customer notices any unauthorized changes in his/her account. If there is no complaint from the customer, they move on to fraudulently withdraw funds for themselves.

Write an email directly to chairman@ sbi.co.in about unauthorized transactions performed by Branch Manager. The branch officials will call you back automatically.

They would ask for your Aadhar or similar documents saying it is required for customs clearance. Don’t share anything with them.

Read your agreement carefully, particularly the point about 2 months notice. No rent agreement states that notice needs to be given if the tenant no longer wishes to renew after the expiry of agreement.

Don’t pay such unethical people a single penny.

There’s nothing ethical or unethical in this.

Rent agreements state that if tenant wishes to vacate DURING the term of agreement he has to give two months’ notice.

No notice is required if the agreement period has ended.

OP should read the agreement carefully and not pay a single penny if his agreement period is over. Even the landlords are aware of this but simply extorting money from young people with false claims.

                Seems like a clear scam.

Don’t pay any money and record all calls. Tell them to f*ck off and file a cyber crime complaint against them.
