I would be surprised if airtel doesn’t have proper access control for customer sensitive data for low level employees. These things are generally audited in large companies. And the employees who do have approval to access these most likely won’t be swayed by a mere Rs. 500.

Do you’ve any idea how this might’ve happened then? Am I being given wrong information, or is the judgement not in my favor somehow?

(I’m yet to see the order, pending for Monday)
