The BGV company is foolish. they should verify with Aadhar number.
Secondly, companies are generally looking for criminal case. This looks like a civil. IDK I’m not a lawyer

Create a new Gmail account before applying for a new job.. simple.
Join new company.
Delete your LinkedIn. Cooldown for a year or so.
Create new LinkedIn.

Forget old gmail forever.
Or use it to to create problems for the “third party” update new job on LinkedIn every 3 months.
Use old gmail to send FO emails to their customer care email ID.

They F-ed you. Can’t F anymore.

What I also think that you’re probably addicted to pron..
First company found out you trying to access it on company time/device. So did the second company.
