Ya but that’s on paper.. our police departments are not that efficient and err on the side of caution. Hence they freeze some accounts even though there is no fraud. Isn’t that correct? It’s good if they really are following what you are saying.

Because Indian laws are like that. It doesn’t matter who is the actual father. As long as she is married to him, the child is his (in the eyes of the law).

Even dating for 10 years is no guarantee. Have seen cases like that – cheating after 10 years of being in a relationship.
