January 21, 2025 at 3:06 amThese red flags on their own might not always be a deal breaker but when they show up together – they could point to a pattern of manipulative or emotionally unhealthy behavior. Spotting these signs early on gives you the chance to address the issues, reach out for support or even walk away from the relationship if itβs not right for you.January 21, 2025 at 3:05 am in reply to: As someone who’s facing a false 498A, here are a few pointers to identify a potential women’s rights law abuser #70821SSilentasha903

January 21, 2025 at 3:05 amIf you are working on this then can you possibly share how a database like this might look like? Just a high level description would do.January 21, 2025 at 2:53 am in reply to: As someone who’s facing a false 498A, here are a few pointers to identify a potential women’s rights law abuser #70810SSilentasha903

January 21, 2025 at 2:39 amNo you are not. That’s why I said that you are confusing two different things. The perquisites will not change as they are not up for interpretation. For example will the court interpret if the perquisites state that the woman is to be 18 before marriage. No. *Similarly will the court interpret if the perquisite is to conduct the marriage rituals with photographic evidence*. No.Read my original comment. I have provided the perquisites and the scenarios.

January 20, 2025 at 12:02 amLegal consequences can only arise if there’s clear evidence linking her self-harm to you encouraging or exploiting her. It won’t happen due to a few general chats. In India IG partners with helplines like AASRA. Help her with their helpline number or any NGOs that can help her. It is best to let professionals help her.

January 19, 2025 at 4:46 pmHalf knowledge is very dangerous – It looks like you are confusing legal requirements and personal interpretations of marriage laws. Precedents like this case **clarify ambiguities rather than redefine the law**. I think it would be best for you to consult a lawyer rather than speculate on your own and get all confused.Have a good day.

January 19, 2025 at 4:21 pmLaw doesn’t change on a case by case basis. Perquisites are mentioned and clearly defined. Go and read them if you have doubts.SSilentasha903

January 19, 2025 at 2:04 pmRead this – Maybe your doubts will go away**Marriage invalid due to missing ceremonies under HMA**
In an intriguing case of Majnu vs Pushpa before the Supreme Court, a couple seeking divorce discovered that their marriage was invalid. **The Court highlighted that for a Hindu marriage to be valid, the ceremonies prescribed under Section 7 of the Hindu Marriage Act (HMA) must be performed. The absence of these ceremonies rendered the marriage invalid under the Act.**

January 18, 2025 at 2:15 pmFor court marriage registration you have to get married first as per Hindu rituals and perform saat phera (photos required). Arya Samaj Marriage is an option for couples who wish to have a simple, quick and legally valid wedding without elaborate rituals.– This is a prerequisite before registering the marriage under the Hindu Marriage Act.
– If you don’t do the rituals then – I think there is a waiting period before your marriage is conducted in court.

January 16, 2025 at 10:09 amYou shouldn’t humiliate anyone. If her skill set is lacking or her productivity is below par, refer her to HR and fire her professionally. If an employee is hired and later found unfit, itβs not just the employee but the entire hiring process that needs to be reviewed.
