February 5, 2025 at 4:03 pmI had a similar case but with non-registered will. Since I went thru loan for purchasing, bank just insisted for affidavit and presence of sibling during registry.May be ask buyer to try with different bank. IMO it is buyer responsibility to get the loan or funds.

February 5, 2025 at 12:00 pmTypically we get to have option for selecting tiers mediclaim insurance and even completely opt-out as well. If it was Mandatory they should have mentioned it in the CTC breakup.
