You’re coming off as an effiminate boy. Trust me the world is build like this, I’m not being rude, but it’s in nature of these men who see you as a target, they’re predatory and you’re giving off vibes of a prey.
Hit the gym, improve diet, make some male friends, play sports and make yourself mentally and physically stronger.
These things will take time to improve and change, the changes will not happen immediately but it will happen gradually over 2-3 years. Stay strong.

This is criminal. You shouldn’t be working in this company at all, you’re not a damn slave.
Write them a proper letter that you need your documents back along with the blank cheques, tell them that you’re willing to serve the standard notice period of 30 days before leaving and quit that place as soon as possible. Also if they don’t oblige then make a LinkedIn post, let everyone know about this company.
They have no authority to withhold your original documents and bonds are not legal in India.

The vast population of this country makes it even more difficult to manage and have a functioning framework.
The sheer madness of the socio-economic and political condition are a total mess.
This country is lawless and will never improve.
