Update: They accepted my resignation but still demanding 50k amount as i am on Grade Y and legally bound to pay .

this is a smart move but i am not sure they will give me longer LWP also i am joining a new company from next month and they might ask for relieving letter

ILP is Initial Learning Program in TCS and every fresher have to undergo it

not any major training apart from first 3 months i was in ILP during that time they taught us JAVA and took exam after that we were assigned to the project

I want to join other company (in other domain) and they want the relieving letter.Also i have company’s assets
