April 23, 2025 at 11:43 amDon’t give the cheque. They can’t really enforce the bond unless they actually spent money on training you.But if you give the cheque, they will either encash it or sue you if it bounces and expose you to jail time under the Negotiable Instruments act.

You are a moron.But from a legal standpoint, if marriage is under Hindu marriage act then challenge the marriage. If there has been no rituals this is not a valid marriage, challenge it and file case against her for theft.
If you married under special marriage act, see if you followed all processes. I doubt it. If not, again challenge the marriage.
