No agent is going to hang up on you unless you are being rude. If they received your item on the 14th doesn’t mean they have checked the item and proceed it for a refund yet. It can take anywhere from 14-30 days. If it was bought and sold through Amazon and fulfilled by Amazon and not a third party you need to wait becuase it sounds like you’re being impatient. – former Amazon account specialist
