SEven if you have are dead the court will dig your grave and ask your to soul to work and pay to your wife.SIf you are farmer then contact various farmers organisations in your state. Also make use of social media get some local journalist and make this viral , tag your CM and all opposition parties. Make this a poor farmer vs corporate fight on social media. Reach out to influential social media influencers like Humans of Bombay and make it viral. This will be enough for your state ruling party to back off , no one wants to mess with farmers these days.SSubmit a written complaint to local PS. When you get a copy forward id to DGP of the state he is posted, also write a mail with all documents to Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India. I’m sure this will be enough to knock some sense into him. He has a long career ahead and no Civil servant wants to get an internal enquiry initiated against them , it will impact his service record , which will result in severe issues throughout his career. Don’t think IPS or IAS is some kinda demi god as portrayed by movies/media , they too have competitors inside the system who will use this case to devoid him of any good future opportunities.
All this will work if he is of sane mind, which i highly doubt , Civil servants go extra mile to avoid any controversy in their career. Trust me i have civil servants in my family and they go extra mile to avoid limelight.
