Let’s be practical. Cats usually hide their poop and cover it. Dogs are mostly walked by their owners and relieve themselves in side areas. But cows, buffaloes, and goats defecate and urinate anywhere, even where they rest. That kind of upkeep is not something you can manage casually in a residential setup.

Right now, the calf may seem small and manageable. But once it grows up, who will clean up all the dung and pee? No matter how much you clean, the smell of cow dung and urine will always linger, especially in a covered parking space with limited air flow.

Also, if the goal is to get milk, a cow needs to be impregnated. That means she will have to give birth to a calf. So now you are not just keeping one animal but two or more in that same congested space.

It seems some man wants kid like some kids want pet. They don’t think about the responsibility coming. And it also comes with separating the child from the mother for own benefit. Money can’t buy all these.

Only spouse is entitled for pension. If a person dies his parents don’t get pension even adult children don’t get pension. However parents and child have right on other assets and insurance claim as per succession act.

Stay away. You can’t make anyone repent for their deeds. Not your monkey, not your circus. Avoid being friends with him.

I may be harsh, may be downvoted, but please don’t get involved in all this. If she wants to take action, she will do it on her own. Don’t pursue any legal action. In the end, she may side with her husband and blame you, saying that it’s their personal matter and you shouldn’t interfere. As he mentioned, he will eventually come out of custody, and when he does, he may return to her even more harshly. Let her make her own decisions and stay out of it.

He is more interested into taking legal action against his BIL then getting divorce.

NAL. How much difference is there between the nominee name and your document name. For minor difference affidavits work.
