I’d advise you to sort this matter out by discussion. Unless the person running that tuition center is extremely unreasonable, they should not have a problem asking kids to not come before 5.

Forgiveness is good for settling minor spats or grudges. But if someone breaks laws like Marie biskoot, causes grievous injury, and flees irresponsibly, there have to be consequences. At least some.
