It is absolutely vile to see people suggesting to put FALSE pocso and sexual harassment cases. Are you guys serious!!

Just because someone is underage that doesn’t mean they can file false case for any xyz reason. Do not set bad examples.

I know they did wrong with OP by not mentioning the details at the website and she should get a lawyer to file a proper complaint.

P.S : From what OP has written in her post(no ss attached) it looks like the man said he will come to OP’s house to threaten/intimidate. That does not give OP the free pass to file false pocso.
