Unfortunately india follows a sell and build model.

So, the customers are always at the mercy of the builder. And builders know they are powerful money wise, muscle wise and have a battery of lawyers. So, the common man cannot fight them. Rera is a paper tiger with no power.

The system is rigged. If you lose, you lose. That’s it.
