Join SIFF.
Adultery isn’t criminal case anymore.
And evidence you have fall short in court to prove adultery.

Get MLC done in government hospital and write a detailed complaint and approach the SI/PSI with video evidence , don’t forget to sign the register in PS.
if fir not done, you can do PCR with magistrate where he will direct the ps to take complaint n make FIR.
don’t bow down, take help of lawyer.
