SYou have to make a loan agreement. Mention the collateral cause etc. what happens when your friend defaults. Total period for loan, how often he/she will make payments. Everything should be documented. Meet a lawyer and discuss property. Also check the value and authenticity of the house before giving the amount.STake the property papers, make a legal document. Please don’t send any money. Also I would not believe Aadhaar card and passport things too as those can be of some other girl and some fake person using it. I once faced this kind of scammer who provided fake documents.

You need to find out the marriage officer in your location and contact them. They will do the rest of the process. You will need 2 witnesses, photographs and id proof. When I did my registration I got the number in some roadside wall . Officer wasn’t from my location but he tracked down the person belonged to my location and both came on the day of our registration.
