SThis human urge to Cherry pick things as per their convenience is what’s known as Hypocrisy.
Every country has their culture and things are allowed as per it.
These Naga Sadhus live without clothes completely Naked 365 days even in Himalayas. They are not hypocrites which are doing it for few days, it’s called a life style as per Dharam ( philosophy )
Yes you can get away with this legally, but you need to adhere to those lifestyle.

I’ve literally paid 4 months rent of my friend or he will be kicked out never got money back.

SYou can first approach restaurant and tell them and see how serious they are regarding customer service and try to make them understand how it affects people as one can be religiously vegetarian as well.If they are serious they will understand or else you can file case in consumer forum by calling their helpline and they will register case for you, if nothing happens after continuous follow ups consumer forum will say to seek legal remedy offline ie. file a case in consumer court.

SI was forced not to pay fine and bribe only in Bengaluru Electronics city.Fuckers wanted me to pay 1200 rupee in bribe I told them what is total fine and it’s 1600 for parking in no parking place. He was looking at me crazy when I told me rather take fine 1600 than 1200 bribe.
Than surprise there was no senior officer available to take payment and I had to pay bribe coz I can’t wait for hours there.
You are lucky at least you were able to pay fine.
