April 16, 2025 at 1:13 amFirst get a new job because once you file complaint against them, they will make your life difficult. Things like not giving experience letter, not reducing notice period etc.First get another job quietly, then file a complaint like others said. Try to gather other employees as well and get a lawyer. As someone mentioned, police will take money from your boss and try to harass you as much as possible. So make your case solid with bank statements which proves that you havenโt been paid since 3 months, any emails etc.

April 8, 2025 at 5:51 amThat bond wonโt hold much value in courts if some serious accident or worse somebody dies in an accident.Ask yourself this question, in case of an accident, will that cousin accept in court that all responsibilities of the death is his and not your parents?
Answer to this question is usually a big NO. In case of a serious accident, your cousin will try maximum to keep himself safe in court.

March 17, 2025 at 7:58 amNot a lawyerLegally car is your dadโs liability. If the deceased or injured peopleโs family decide to file a case, your dad will have to roam around in courts.
I just hope that your dad got a valid third party insurance or else this will get a lot messy for your dad.
