Threaten them that you’ll name and shame the company right here in this post. I have myself and friends in top IT companies who will share this on linkedin.

I hope other reddit bros also do the same. Nobody will join that company. And nobody would like to ever work with those excuse of founders.

Send a notice to them on account of breach of contract. You should be able to get the promised 70%. You need to mention that you had to deny other clients. This should strengthen your case a lot.
