Honestly itโ€™s your fault. My grandpa is a pensioner to Madras Corporation. He has to provide a yearly life certificate within 2-4 weeks of his birthday. It can either be done by visiting Rippon building in chennai or through any India Post office / Corporation Bank branch in India. Failing to do so will remove his name from the pension list.

This is a known fact by all pensioners heโ€™s 91 years old and does this by himself every year.

I want to know if there are any set rules or precedents set for cases like this. The car is in drivable condition, but not the perfect/ advertised condition when compared with the test drive car etc.

Or would only the documentation of numerous service centre visits within a short span of time help my case?

What evidence would I need? I have proof of all documented visits to the Service centre including complaints raised.

23 BNS mentions crimes committed under involuntary drunkenness is not liable for punishment

24 BNS crime committed under voluntary drunkenness is liable for punishment

22BNS is about insanity, but also includes insanity arising as a result of voluntary consumption. For example if a person commits a crime while under delirium tremens (arising during alcohol withdrawal) or hemp insanity (insanity arising out of THC).
