I am sure there is a higher % who believe in it. A lot of the folks probably were shy to own up to it.

It is infact related to the theme of the post. Law and order are not for common people. It is for the rich to exploit the law and order. And it is the for the law and order personnel to exploit the poor.

They live on reddit . They basically think that India is as good as the Europeans are in human rights and police ethics. Some of them also believe they are better than Europe. So for them this is an exception. When infact this is the norm.
