April 18, 2025 at 8:41 amDon’t do anything. Ask the alleged police person to share FIR details and notice upon which only you will come to the Police station. Seems like a scam. Do not share any detailsApril 18, 2025 at 5:12 am in reply to: My sisterโs husband is secretly marrying another woman in 3 daysโrefuses divorce, threatens us, and no one is helping. April 11, 2025 at 9:37 amGo for a defamation case. Don’t remove the dog but keep it on leash, always. Police can’t force you to remove the animal.April 10, 2025 at 4:34 am in reply to: Is life imprisontment under ipc 409 common for corruption charges ??(false Implication) #17896SSupergowri8151

April 10, 2025 at 4:34 amSee, nothing is certain, but based on your saying that your father is innocent, I believe that that will be proved. However, the actual thing depends on the evidence that is thereApril 10, 2025 at 4:33 am in reply to: Is life imprisontment under ipc 409 common for corruption charges ??(false Implication) #17897SSupergowri8151

April 10, 2025 at 4:27 amThen it will come out in the trial. The thing is, justice system is rotten and only poor people pay the price. Since your father is a government officer, he can get a decent lawyer who will handle it. Too many loopholes . It will take time, maybe till HC, but it will go awayApril 10, 2025 at 4:25 am in reply to: Is life imprisontment under ipc 409 common for corruption charges ??(false Implication) #17894SSupergowri8151

April 10, 2025 at 4:14 amNot common. Very hard to prove since no action of any government office can be individually assigned to him alone. There are SoPs making a lot of people responsible for one act, so the whole department assists and conviction is very rareSSupergowri8151
