Start gathering evidence (call recordings, messages, CCTV recordings etc) upload them on Twitter and tag the BJP, the Minister and news agencies etc.

The lawyers fees would far exceed your compensation of 20 – 30k so it doesn’t make sense to go in that direction. I think PVR INOX has been kind to acknowledge their mistake and offer you free tickets. Just take it and move on in life..
