No, custom’s per-declaration involves sharing bills and/or authenticity certificates. In authentic cases it is so tough ki Customs walle dimaag kha jaate hai, fraud cases mein tuh gaand mar lege.

As cheque issuer, I won’t issue a new cheque unless you file a lost FIR and share a court notarized indemnity affidavit.
The story doesn’t pass the smell test and there are just too many scams in property sales.
