Yeah north police is simple I myself am from Rajasthan there
They don’t charge for public smoking and even if they did they would have taken the fine and let me go buy here the problem is I don’t speak kannada and going to police station due their great rapport is always scary.

I am ready to pay the fine should I go to police station and pay it or just let it be because they told me to come and pay some 300 rs fine

Hey I was given a challan yesterday for public smoking and I did not go to the police or court . Should I go? What’s the procedure looks like if I go? I don’t have a problem paying the fine and everything but what if they escalate it because from what I understood they charged me this after asking me whether I am kannad or not ( i am not kannad )
