Please do not file for AB, AB is required in cases where they can arrest and no such sections exists (other than the ones mentioned), please educate yourself why 41A is issued and what the PS will have to do to get you arrested, it is not easy. They cannot abuse the position like this.

Good points, one minor nitpick is that dowry case is applicable beyond those timelines, there are judgements bending such conventions.

Please fight and do not give up, most of the consumer court cases are over within 3-5 years(unless the court is a mess), a fraction go beyond it. They will help you and eventually your fight/end result will be on news papers. Search for Consumer court cases, there are multiple like this.
