I have some cc debts too, indusind bank collection team calls me 100+ times in a day.

They are like if you cant pay back why do you use the card

Im going through some financial turmoil, my business is just picking up.

This repeated calling has put me through a lot of mental issues,

Every time my phone rings i get anxious,

I’ve written a mail to both indusind bank and rbi no reply from them yet.

The amount aint that big either its about 22k total outstanding(to date) i have to pe 7k monthly i converted the amount to emi

Any help would greatly be appreciated

Just go give them a written complaint just be honest with whatever has happened,

Have a little sympathy for the guy he got fired but he shouldn’t have come back to your place or anything,

Explain the cops the whole situation and see how it pans out
