Better yet, ask him to wire you money so that you can reset the phone online. The phone is anyway now a brick and its not worth the hassle to get it pass customs

Buddy in business you never ever believe in your relatives or friends. Anyways, you should let everyone here know how deeply involved your father was in operations. Also, finding a damn good lawyer is top priority
