All communications will take place through email ofcourse. She already saved the emails they have sent, it’s just to eliminate all possibilities before taking a strict action.

Im glad that your issue was resolved. How long did the whole process take for you?

She said she will reach out to the company for the last time today, if there’s still no response from them she is planning to do the same.
