POSH doesnt impact senior people much. And when EY can get away with an associates death( it wasnt POSH, but still a big mental harrassment).
Best option. Ask your wife to leave the job and do some free lancing for the time being. Post that, collect all proofs ( you can surely entice the guy to say bad things about the system, POSH etc.), post it on linked in. Send to companys HR, promoter and board. Make him famous. Bring him down.
