If she is a minor, her parents can file a case against you. does not matter whether you are a minor or not.

if there is a physical relationship, the minor’s parents/legal guardian can always bring a case of rape (consent does not matter when a minor is involved).

If you have any proof or the friend can testify, please report to the police and inform your parents immediately. you being a minor would ensure police impose more severe POSCO laws against this degenerate.

1. what options are exhausted if domestic violence proofs are there and the lady has not complained to the US police?

2. Divorce can be mutual or one sided if she can prove domestic violence. but for that, she has to file police complaint in India and follow through . In case she is not interested in that, straight forward way is to file for mutual divorce.
