Nah mann, i have seen companies fuck over HR, if a employee is bringing in enough money or services for a company believe me nothing is not gonna happen to him. I have seen HR getting sushed left and right

I know , But i have seen much bigger situations getting solved between hr and employee sonjust hoping for him also

If you are valuable to the company and if your manager vouches for you then the HRs will not trouble you much. Only thing that can save you is your work and manager so go and suck up to your manager
