May 2, 2025 at 5:51 pmThere’s two ways to clear class 10.
First is by regular mode., for which you schools will insist on fees and minimum attendance., second is by private mode.
School has given you an opportunity to write your exams without attendance. Please pay the fees due and collect the leaving certificate. Don’t suoe the school. Otherwise you should have answered the exams through private mode.April 29, 2025 at 12:10 pm in reply to: My father 65year old is having an affair ? April 29, 2025 at 8:21 amI don’t see any action that you take at this point will be favorable to you and your mother. Become independent asap and then take your mother out of the situation along with her earnings/savings.SSwiftpriyansh7131

April 21, 2025 at 7:20 pmCar parking is a space alloted to park vehicle, not for animal husbandry., so the building society will naturally object to it. It would have been a mature move on your part if u had got permission from the society before procuring the animal. Cows, buffaloes, horses, camels etc are not considered a indoor pet.Cow is a big animal that will defecate and urinate considerably more than your neighbours cat. Does the car parking space have proper facility to clear this sewage?
Do you think keeping this animal confined to a small parking space, getting it pregnant every year, and milking it as soon as it deliveres another calf is not a form of abuse?
In today’s India, apperantly the cow has more rights than humans. So I wouldn’t be surprised if u really pull this off. But I wouldn’t consider you a very wise man.

April 1, 2025 at 6:13 amBe an adult about it. These things happen. The best you can do is not panic and be there and present for the mother during pregnancy and be there for the child financially and emotionally. Married to the mother or not it’s your child. Be an adult about it.
Law of any country I know will not side with you on this. These things happen. Only solution is to be mature about it.February 20, 2025 at 5:45 pm in reply to: My 12-Year-Old Niece is in a Relationship with a 21-Year-Old, What Legal and Emotional Steps Can We Take? #50736SSwiftpriyansh7131

January 25, 2025 at 6:15 pmThis is a legal aid sub. Keep your morality outside the door please. The only points discussed here are the legality of the case. There are many subs where this OP can and will post to get sympathy and help to deal with her trauma.SSwiftpriyansh7131

January 20, 2025 at 4:15 amThe money you are asking back is yours. It is your right to have it back.
In addition to this, custody of children is automatically considered yours. Because he is the father, he will have to pay child support to you, to cover school fees and living expenses of children. Don’t confuse child support with alimony.
Now you might feel that you don’t want any money from him, but think from a future point of view. I’m not asking you to torture him or his family, just claim what is rightfully yours, that is, money you’ve spent on him, your children, financial help towards children.January 18, 2025 at 6:34 pm in reply to: Father cheating on mom and openly admitting to her when he is drunk #75926SSwiftpriyansh7131

January 12, 2025 at 4:27 pmDear OP. Divorce is not a solution to all your problems. You seem blinded by your love towards your mother. I suggest you to work on your career and get a stable income. Even if your mother wins a contested divorce, your father has to only pay child support till you are 18. After divorce he will not stop being your father. Will you just abandon him in his old age? Hasn’t he given you education and financial support.? Please think of some other soft measures to deal with your problems. Try to get him to therapy or medication. Speak to the people he will respect and ask them to talk to him about his drinking. And as far as the girlfriends are concerned.. There is no law in India prohibiting one to not have a girlfriend or click pictures with them and this is definitely not a ground for divorce. -
