      Can you sue them? Sure you can. You can sue anyone you want to. Your case will probably be rejected by court given that the resolution has been provided to you already.

      You were sent expired medicines for which you were offered a return.

      You were lied to about the transport conditions. Yes. But again you are getting your money back. That is the resolution you are going to get.

      You can consult with a lawyer, if you wish to but I don’t think you’ll get much out of it.

      Also, just a side note.

      It is very likely that the manufacturers of the said medicine, are not storing it below 25ยฐC. Even if they are, they are not transporting it to the distributors at the mentioned temperatures.

      The storage conditions are general guidelines that manufacturers will write of their own accord. Most medicines you buy from chemists will have the same 25ยฐC temperature condition or the more likely “Store in a cool, dry and dark place” storage condition. No one is following it because there is no need for it be followed.

      I know this because I am a manufacturer of antibiotic injections and tablets and know the industry practices first hand.
