I calculated that it’s around 1000 per month from 1997 but we started to get regular electricity after 2016-17 how is this possible i have no idea. IN 1997 we hardly had 1 hour of light.

We never had meters, no officials, no one ever reached out to us. And all of a sudden this

No, we never received any bills there was no way to pay any bill. When we reached out for this they simply gave us this bill and disconnected our electricity
