Delhivery lost my package too, i followed up with them for one month, they were giving me stupid reasons for the delay, i tried to reach everyone possible in the team and the delivery executive, after one month they said they’ve lost package and i told them to atleast update the same in the app so that i can apply for refund and refused to do that , after couple of days i went to delhivery hub in my town where the package supposed to be delivered. i took my cousins with me and told if don’t get my refund i’ll grab whatever package i see in the godown and leave and he requested to not do that and he let me speak with his manger and he assured that i’ll get my refund and after a couple of days they gave 100rs refund, the package was a sim card that i was sending it my mother and this sim card important because my mother lost my phone and i was sending a new sim as a replacement and all her bank accounts were linked to that number. it was a mess.
