You can approach the nearest police station and ask them to help. They won’t lodge an FIR, but if they give the goons a call and, possibly, summon them to the police station, the harrasment should stop. You must inform the police that the goons have your personal information.

If things get really troublesome, I suggest that you should not hesitate to inform your parents.

It is advisable to file an FIR immediately and pursue the case till the end. The memories of the witnesses (the couple) will fade with time and, thus, weaken your evidence. So, act immediately if you want to improve the chances of getting the assailant convicted and jailed.
