Just block them if they continue to harrass you,and be angry and assertive towards them , they cannot do anything to you, they’re just scaring you

Something similar happened to me , a neighbour of mine used my number as guarantor while taking loan from slice cards, he called me again and again; even used a threatening tone ; so I literally abused the hell out of him. Unless you’ve signed as a guarantor on that loan either physically or digitally, you have no liability. He’s just harrassing you don’t worry, show guts
