TExactly…if it weren’t for my bank server *ahem* sbi *ahem* I would atleast have a digital record of the transaction…at this point I don’t even want my money back.. I just want karmaT😞I think that’s what I should do… Being scammed and taken advantage of is such a horrible feeling…but so is lifeTSame here usually I pay online to keep a digital record of my transaction but at the time my bank servers were not working and he seemed agitated to even wait few minutes…I have given such complaints many times and having a digital screenshot of the transaction helped my case which makes me think that since they’ve refunded me in the past they may assume me to be a frequent complainant or a karen(lol) anyhow but this shows severe lacking of the service to provide same level of honesty and accountability for their cash paying customers…further they in the end provided me with the phone number of the captain of the cab in order for me to resolve the issue..kudos to their excellent customer service (sarcasm)…I want to approach appellate customer protection forums but don’t know how to plus I am physically unwell for the time being as well..
