Consumer court can only give compensation in case you were not allowed and either kicked out for service you paid,

In your scenario you have file deformation suit with court for harressment and humiliation caused by them.

All this is time consuming, you will spend around 30 – 40k spending time and going ro court waiting whole day for hearing. You ask for 20 lakhs compensation they will give 50k. And their lawyer will cause more harressment in court, legal in india is very week and it takes many years to conclude
