TYou can even file a fake fraud cyber crime complain and banks freeze the account because “guilty until proven innocent” as it happens with a lot of peoples mostly in crypto space and here you have legit proof,just do it now,but take care of yourself too,such ego driven manchild may try to hurt you as well so be extra cautious,record all phone,chats and inform someone when going out anywhere,though it’s not foolproof because such people’s can come up for revenge even after everything is sorted so you can also get a restraining order against the person in case things so south

TIt’s the classic scam happens a lot with P2P crypto sellers,anyone can report even a genuine transaction too cyber crime accusing of fraud and the banks freeze the receivers account until investigation is completed. There’s a provision in IT Act but it’s being exploited massively like any law,so you are guilty until proven innocentTThank you so much for sharing valuable information. The agent has already left after shouting,i’ll ask my friend to ask for agents ID and details but it’s unlikely he’ll give him as i also doubt he is just a third party agent,anyway the bank has told to pay off by his said date and there won’t be any issue whatsoeverTYes,i told him exactly the same,don’t fall for the agents fear tactics,let him shout as he has already talked directly with the bank and will pay off by the said date
