Then file suit for declaration regarding disowning and permanent injunction restraining him from harassing parents.
Sin can be disown from self acquired property of parents and not from ancestral property.

File case under senior citizen act for eviction of that son. Also register FIR for threats verbal abuse and criminal intimidation

With the help of recordings you can file for divorce case on the ground of mental cruelty, no need to pay hefty amount in lump sum, engage a good family lawyer who can negotiate the alimony amount. If that does not sort out then court will affix monthly maintenance i.e. 10-20% of your monthly income.

If you are not interested in remarriage then you need not to pay lump sum amount of alimony. Maintenance is fixed by court since your wife is working you need not to bother about monthly maintenance to wife.
