Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it. Well besides this, as a practicing Lawyer my suggestion would be to not antagonize each other in this while you’re at it. You can’t just drop a dime on her and move on give her time to process all of this also to understand that you got a future ahead of you. Other side of the story is unheard too
