Also did they inform you before hand that you have to send the sofa back after 15 months? You made no agreement with them on such a thing. You dealt with flipkart and flipkart dealt with them. They can’t just suddenly have expectations from you. They have no legal claim as far as I see it
Uumm the police cannot be trusted, plain and simple.the police cut corners and don’t do due diligence in gathering evidence, not to mention they are super corrupt. The law’s job is to bring the the evidence to court and poke holes in it from every angle (prosecution and defence). if this is not done, the police will fabricate evidence and put anyone in jail
