It doesnt work like that, if company have mentined notice period then employee have to complete it and same if sompany beleive it doesnt need to then they pay salary for notice period that was on contract.

Company cant block your 90 days and release within 15 days of notice period without due money.

Chat support wala kisi bpo mein baith kr chat kr rha hai. Company mein agr mail kr sko tab koi baat bne. Vrna case hi better hai.

2020 mein muzhe bhi bola tha mi ka chat support 12k de rhe the.

Service centre nahi xiaomi india ko reach kro. Agr site se chinese aa rha hai toh mail kro unko btake ki flipkart ne fraud kia aur ab responsibility nahi le rha, xiaomi pe blame dal rha hai.

Xiaomi ko reach out kr ke, unko bol likh ke do yeh chinese variant hai, flipkart fas jayega yhan.

Baki dent/scratch – pahle hi used phone hai, material wear out easy hai etne time baad.

Drop a mial to university, if still they dont take action drop to national Aicte, after that reach out to any court person to draft a notice to university.

What is illegal is illegal, doesnt matyer if its written on pdf and you signed it.
