My dad is the only successful person from his family and we lived abroad. Once we came on a long vacation and got my brothers passport renewed and my uncles hid it (my dad let them live there since we weren’t here).

Only after filing a police complaint did they return it. There have been other instances of stuff like this. It happens more often than you think.

2. Get a gun since you’re now eligible (assuming you’re 21) and start blasting if they beat you up.

NAL. If your dad can prove that he paid for the house, then he may have a chance at contesting the sale in court.

I’d contact a lawyer if i were you.
