April 18, 2025 at 3:35 amIf your family did not gain 40-50 L suddenly as they claim, you are not really in any trouble. But, regardless of the monetary situation, they cannot coerce you to something in any illegal manner.
Hopefully, your father’s estate(after death) is not huge enough to be placed as a claim on court. Even, in this situation, they need to produce proof of the said money (bank receipts or cash receipts).
So contact a lawyer, file a harassment case, or file a complaint against the said people in the female police station(with the help of a lawyer). Do not visit the police station without a trustworthy lawyer.

March 15, 2025 at 3:31 pm1. Contact a reputable divorce (family) lawyer
2. Start collecting evidence, after getting confirmation from the lawyer, to make sure your friend has proof of her behaviour
3. Video + audio evidence might help prove your friend’s innocence (so as not to get reverse sued about abuse)
4. Collect more evidence, based on lawyer advice, to support your case

February 10, 2025 at 7:31 am1. Do not inform the firm where she will join and attend what post
2. Inform the firm in writing and by mail about resignation
3. Inform them about leaving the job for personal reasons( no need to disclose more info to them)
4. Resignation need not be approved, as it is not within their right to hold an employee against their will
5. If they ask you to serve the notice period, discuss with them about leaving immediately (if need pay the money 3 mo tha salary)
6. Make sure it’s in employment contract (about paying 3 months salary to get relieved).February 9, 2025 at 9:47 am in reply to: My Sister Was Robbed in a Govt. Hospital, But the Police Refuse to Take Action #57572UUrbanmaster5680
