April 29, 2025 at 5:28 pmI used to say the same, but they gave me a taste of their medicine.I don’t return items frequently, as I only order what I want after doing thorough research. They initially denied a refund for a wrong item, but after I escalated the issue, they refunded me.
A month later, I ordered the same item again, thinking they’d send the wrong one again. This time, they denied the refund again, claiming they sent the correct size and even issued a warning for account closure. They didn’t consider the unboxing video I had, and even the outer packaging had the wrong size listed.
I escalated the issue to the seller, and after multiple emails and a few weeks, they finally replied that Amazon had received the item with manipulated labels. Finally, I received an email from these fuckers (Amazon) saying their investigation was complete and that a pickup had been initiated.

I will have a problem switching to Flipkart, which I stopped using decades ago for no reason.I used to think people must be doing some shit so they are facing issues but now i have changed my mind, it’s the Scamzon that is doing scams.

March 19, 2025 at 5:08 pmEven with the unboxing video, they will deny the return unless you go to consumer court. I’ve been in the same situation. They sent the wrong size twice. The first time, they denied the return, so I had to escalate it to ECR, and they accepted the return.Then, after a month, I ordered again, and they sent the wrong size again. This time, I made an unboxing video, but they still denied the return and refund, claiming they sent the correct size, and even threatened to close my account. I contacted both the leadership team and Coblue Retail.
Later, out of nowhere, I received an email stating that they had investigated and accepted my return. The item was picked up the next day, on March 3. However, on the status page, it now says, “Item likely lost in transit.”
Amazon has become a lost cause with frequent issues, and they keep blaming the customer instead.

And these issues are sent to the account specialist, where you ptovide them photos etc and then they starts the return process.If you just returned with other option. I don’t think there is anyone you can do now.
But you can try emailing ecr@amazon.in and if they don’t help then compalin on NCH.
