I have 1 question if you dont mind.Does high court check evidances, facts & laws applied?
Reason
1 – i lost to judges bias in lower civil court (maybe judge was corrupt)
2. The next is appeals court which is next room in same court complex. – I am assuming corruption & bias here too.3. high court of Mumbai — where I do see i’ll get justice.
But would high court see evidance and facts or they will assume that lower court has done due diligence?

I dont have connections like you mentioned. Born into farmers family i was given education to make a good career which I converted to US opportunity…
But this marriage is now bringing me back to the farms and to the soil where my ashes will be spread… 😔
UDid that, i gave a full panel test of all fucking STD’s.
For judge he ignored it..Per judge she sent email but I did not reply so my mistake.. & additionally he simply taken her statement ‘my friends told this to her’ as a fact.
UI have a good lawyer the problem is the lawyer lobby & caste politics.
As I said i am fighting against someone who has strong connections & has judges, lawyers as family members.
I had given 100+ evidences, a perfect cross & a rock solid affidavit.
1. But the opposition party brought the lawyer who was of the same caste of the judge.
2. From day 1 the judge seemed biased but my lawyer avoided moving the case to other judge.
3. The judge looking at his judgement seems to have ignored my cross. My witnesses & have considered her affidavit & her cross as facts.Problem now is appeals court is in the same complex & same area.. just change in floor & change of judge.
I suspect the opposition (lawyers family) will influence this appeals court

Staying strong.. i just wish some miracle to happen & an Ace Lawyer will come rescue me..Uwhy? Is this a price I have to pay for being born in India?

I mean how can this judge deny divorce when we r not cohabiting for 8 years now.UAll evidences ignored.. infact judge used my evidences against me..Example: she sent emails to me saying I have hiv, however I did not reply back saying its not true which proves my intent to hide facts so she has no fault.
She sent emails to my family saying I have fraud cases against me in USA.
In her cross she said my friends to her this.
No witness statement from my so called friends.In judgement judge said i never denied her claims by replyimg to her accusation emails so its my fault & she had to belive my friends (idk who r these friends)
So its my fault & she’s helpless
